Specimen Preparation:Separate serum or plasma from cells. Transfer 1 mL plasma, serum, amniotic fluid, BAL, CSF, ocular fluid, or urine to a sterile container. (Min: 0.5 mL) Tissue: Transfer to a sterile container and freeze immediately.
