Collect:Serum separator tube, lavender (EDTA), pink (K2EDTA), green (sodium or lithium heparin), or gray (sodium fluoride/potassium oxalate).
Specimen Preparation:Allow serum specimen to clot completely at room temperature. Transfer 1 mL serum or plasma to an RDL Standard Transport Tube. (Min: 0.2 mL)
Storage/Transport Temperature:Refrigerated.
Stability:After separation from cells: Ambient: 2 hours; Refrigerated: 1 week; Frozen: 1 month
